want to know what is the actual reason to block my payoneer account.

Hello Dear,

is there anyone to let me know what is the actual reason to blocked my Payoneer account. I have transferred USD 128 from the Fiverr market place. then Payoneer asks me to submit a utility bill, once I submit this then my account is blocked, now I can't able to login my account. my customer id is 30101577.

I am an international freelancer and I need to use Payoneer account to withdraw my payment from the different market place.

i have all the legal document . if require i will resubmit again. several times i have called to customer service and send message , but till today i did not get any reply.
