Global Payment Services accounts list

Hello,
I need to add another currency here, for AUD. The only available account I can see and request for is JPY, apart from EUR, GBP, and USD which are already there. As per every documentation and FAQ I read, the instruction is to "just" ask for another one from the list, but my list DOESN'T CONTAIN the one I really need.
I also wrote a letter to support, but only got a generic message (the same one, twice) to do the same as written in docs. This doesn't help at all. Can someone please point me into right direction - what is the issue here?

    Thank you for your interest in the Australian Payment Service. In order to apply, please log into your Payoneer account, and perform the following steps:

    1. Click on the "Receive" tab at the top of the screen and find Global Payment Service
    2. Select "Global Payment Service"
    3. Find the relevant currency you wish to add
    4. Click "Request now" and follow the steps

    Once you complete the form, we will receive your request. Please note that each request is manually reviewed and is subject to eligibility. The timeframe for review is 7 business days.
