My nationality country is different from my billing address

Hi everyone !
How are you ? I hope you good.

I have a request. i want to transfer money to a bank account. Payoneer is asking me to verify my informations with docs. I have sent my password & my work address but it wasn't approved.

My problem is this: I'm beninese (a country in west africa) & live in morocco (another country in north africa).

So payoneer is refusing my credentials because my national ID is different from my living address. What can i do ?

Or how can i cancel the funds transfer if my information can't be verified ?

    Please be advised that when a client registers for an account they will need to provide the correct documents from the country the registered. If the client has failed to provide the correct documents, the request will not be processed. If this involves pending payments, you will need to reach out to our support team to cancel them.
