I can't delink my payoneer blocked account from upwork and jazz cash service.

Hi, I want immediate help, I've requested to block my payoneer account for some issues and payoneer service had done that. Now when I want to delink my old blocked payoneer account from upwork and jazz cash both, I can't do that please help me I want to attach my new one to both services. My client has to pay me, I have only one day.
