My Transfer from PayPal still Pending status

Good Day,

I opened the second account without knowing not allowed, I got an e-mail from Payoneer about we have to close one of your accounts, And I replied I want active this account and they closed my old account.

At this time I transferred money from my PayPal to my new account and still pending status from 29 Apr, Please can you look at my issue what additional information they want?
