Hi, I reactivated my Payoneer card after a while yesterday. I want to request payment from a client so I submitted my business details as per the Global Payment Service requirements. They are asking me for government ID, but whenever I try to submit my ID, a message pops up in red saying "We're sorry, something unexpected happened."
I've tried multiple times for two days straight but the same message keeps popping back up. Am I missing something here? I haven't used Payoneer before so any advice is welcome.
