bank account not approved

Have a nice day, I added a new bank account to my account. While approving it, he asked for a picture of my identity card. I included it, but it's been 30 days. My account is not yet activated. There is a message called Action Required. But when I go to the Action Center, it doesn't contain anything. What's my problem.? :( :(
