My amount is still in pending

Hello KazPayoneer, please help me my amount is still in pending and showing under review instead to show the estimated time please let me know what's the problem amount was a transaction from Canada through credit card so it must take maximum 2 days but today date is 3 May means the payment should be in my account but I cannot see because it is still in pending please reply asap

    Please be sure the payer has replied to our team's requests, sot hat the payment can be approved.

    If they have already, you can get the approval of the payment expedited if you contact customer support.
