i havent receive any email

it has been 4 days now and my money still pending to withdraw.and have my national ID submitted already. pls take a look and check with this transaction ID# 191775264 thou its not a big amount but i am in the situation that badly need it. i havent receieve any email yet since the day i submit my national too. !thanks..
