My Payoneer is not showing Global Payment service. Read somewhere that its a Glitch can anyone help me?

    @MariaMateen Hello,

    This email you registered with has an account that never finished registration and was closed. Therefore you will need to create a new Payoneer with a new email account in order to gain access to our other services.
