Direct Bank Transfer

Hi Faizan here,
Payoneer customer id: 19724067
I made a direct bank transfer to my account on 18th of April and I got payment confirmation two times one on 18th of April and second on 20th April but i did not receive payment to my bank account to which i had made transaction.
I called my bank and they do not have any of mine pending transaction. So its seems an issue on payoneer side.
Please Help me with this.
its been 18 days now i did not get any reflection in my account & now your support is also not responding.Each time i talk to them most of time i don't get response. And if got they just say we are investigating. I am really getting upset from your services.
Waiting for you to resolve my issue.
I have been trying reach payoneer support viva emails and live chat but no response.
