Did not receive money Global Payments Service

My client transferred money from his US bank account to my Payoneer US bank account on 29.4.2020. This is my first payment. And I still did not get the money. There are no changes in my Payoneer account. There is no incoming transactions. Is this normal? And how long I have to wait for the payment to be delivered to my account?
