Payment was Rejected after 7 Days

Hello,

A Payment request was paid by my client on 28th April, and it took 6 days for payoneer to tell me that i need to verify my billing address on 3rd May, which was already there on my National ID which was provided the day i registered my account. i still gave them my National ID again on 3rd May(same day) within 2-3 hours, Payment was still in pending, And Today(5th May) I received an email that says "The following payment from ******** could not be processed, because we required additional information that was not provided in time.", Are you serious????
