Payment was Rejected after 7 Days


A Payment request was paid by my client on 28th April, and it took 6 days for payoneer to tell me that i need to verify my billing address on 3rd May, which was already there on my National ID which was provided the day i registered my account. i still gave them my National ID again on 3rd May(same day) within 2-3 hours, Payment was still in pending, And Today(5th May) I received an email that says "The following payment from ******** could not be processed, because we required additional information that was not provided in time." Seriously???

    Please be advised that any payment coming into our systems, are subject to a manual review our payments team. In the case that this happens, you will be requested information to provide. If the documents are not provided within the given time frame, they payment will get cancelled and returned.

    We recommend that you have the payment sent over again, if you already provided the required information.
