Transferring the fund on my old card to my new activated active one

Having activated my new card over 24 hours ago, the fund on my expired card has not yet been transferred in to my new card. Please what else can I do? Can I manually transferred it? I think the time of its automatic transfer should not have exceeded 2 hours? What happened to my new card?

If your funds have not drifted over to the newly activated card, then you will need to reach out to our support center so they can manually do it. Please use the link below to contact them:
