Funds not reached Bank Account.

I had made a transaction on 13 Apr 2020 and I still didn't get my funds in the bank account.
I downloaded the Transfer Confirmation and the bank details on the statement are correct.
I send it to my bank so they can track the transfer but they weren't able to find anything.
My bank asked me for the SWIFT message code of the transfer or the MT103 for further investigation.
I contacted the support team, explained the situation and they still send me a message on how to download the Transfer Confirmation.
I have done this step, so please help me.
Kindly provide me MT103 invoice for (Transaction ID 188746128 ) on my registered email.

    Please respond to the email that was sent out to you, requesting the MT103 from our support center. Once you, your case will be transferred to the relevant department so they proceed with an investigation and get you your requested documents.
