My Payoneer card is expired. but i still can not see "Renew Card" option on the website.

How can I get a new card? please help me.

    Hi there. To request a new Payoneer card, please log on to your Payoneer Account and follow the instructions below:

    • Select Payoneer Cards under Settings
    • Select the expired card
    • Enter your shipping information

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you still unable to order a new card, please contact our Support Center for assistance to order a new card.
