What is Problem in Payoneer Account?

Dear Customer Service Manager,

My card was expired in 2016 because I was not freelancing work. But when I apply new card 3 to 4 times but I have not received any card yet.
now I am facing problem to add bank account or fund transfer... and your company charge every year annual fees without any transactions.

Please help me out from this issue... & share details how can activate/access my account or transfer fund to my bank account or how I get my new card?

    Hi, this is a card-based account so having an active card is crucial towards accessing any funds that you receive. You will need to reorder a card to access.
