How to cancel my payoneer card to avoid charges $29.95?

Hi,
I had created my Payoneer account a few years back and had received the MasterCard (but I didn't use the card nor the Payoneer account). Recently (few days back) I have started using the Payoneer account and withdraw to Payoneer from one of the freelancing platforms. When I receive payment in Payoneer, an activation fee of $29.95 deducted from my balance (even I did not use that card). Now I want to ask:
1) Can I get my money back as I didn't even use the card?
2) How to cancel my Payoneer card to avoid the yearly fee of $29.95? (As I want to withdraw funds through local banks and do not want to use Payoneer card)
3) How to withdraw my remaining balance as my card has been expired since 2017?

    Please be advised that the annual maintenance fee is charged once a year from available balance. If you want to cancel the card and look for alternate payout methods, like withdrawing to your local bank, you will need to get in contact with our support center directly.
