Balance blocked and no way to contact support

Hello I received a message yesterday to provide a verification documents which includes my I'd, selfie and date which I provided, as I login back to check if they have verified my account I noticed that the documents was approved and my balance was blocked I tried calling the support but it says I can't contact support via phone calls for now I emailed the support but still no reply.
Please what's wrong on my account and how can I resolveit
