Added a Recipient Bank Account and Now Waiting for Payoneer to Approve (since infinity)

Payoneer, although online platform really seems to be suffering from Covid-19. Their support teams takes infinite amount of time to respond.
My Payoneer account is fully verified (with Passport) and I also have some amount in it.

I added a recipient bank account and provided all the details. But many days passed, and recipient account is not yet approved. I have to make a payment and can't do any thing.

Anyone else facing similar issue? Payoneer support seems to be completely helpless so I guess we are on our own now. Any recommendations for alternate platforms?. I wouldn't mind paying higher fees for better service, and at the moment, it seems any service would be better than Payoneer :) .
