Payoneer blocked my card because of “security”.

I received this email from Payoneer on 5th May, informing me that my card has been blocked for the following reason:


We are contacting you in regards to an attempt to charge your card on 5/4/2020 by CAREEM NETWORKS. We are aware that this charge has been made without your permission.

To secure the funds on your card, we have blocked it. Please reply to this email in order to request that a new card will be sent to you. In addition, please confirm that all the transactions posted on your card were made and authorized by you.

To view your transactions please log on to My Account from our website and review the transaction list (including pending pre-authorizations).

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have gone through all my transactions and everything is normal, no charge has been made without my permission. I have replied to the email but have not yet received any reply back.

I have pending payments coming in to Payoneer.

Can anyone from Payoneer team, kindly resolve this issue.
