Technical issue on withdrawing funds to local bank and continuous verification code text receiving.

Strange to see from yesterday I keep on trying but can't withdraw my USD funds to my local bank. I continuously get the response "We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
It never happened before. Hope this is just a technical issue you are about to fix ASAP.

In addition to this, from day 5th of May, my last banktrasfer day, I keep on getting the verification code text message even after I did sign out. This is really annoying.

Please can you check where is the problem and resolve both situations ASAP.
