Withdraw to Bank Account Problem

Hi. I'm getting this mail anytime I try to withdraw to my back account: "We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later."

I tried different browsers and devices. I tried incognito too. None of them worked.

I also sent screenshots of the error to the support email.

Can you please help,

    Getting the same issue here. Last time it worked was on May 5. It's been 2 days that I try and can't transfer money. Hope they resolve this ASAP. This is crazy and totally not reliable. Makes me want to switch payoneer for other competitors. For sure!!!

    The reason you are all seeing this error is because, when a client orders a card the funds are automatically transferred to the card from the Payoneer balance. If you wish to be able to withdraw the funds from a card, that has not arrived yet, you will need to reach out to our support center and request to have the balance moved from the card back to the Payoneer balance.
