payoneer mail support never answer and live chat always busy

please answer my ticket Reference number for this inquiry: 200508-023013. this a bank and people money reply should be fast !!

    I'm running into a similar situation. Why would they even have the mail support if they don't answer it?

    they have very bad support

    With the way they're set up, and the way they cater to freelancers on various platforms, they could have easily been generous competition for PayPal. But it's like they're still stuck in 2005. I've been trying since April 4th to get either direct deposit setup or a payoneer debit card. Multiple unanswered support tickets and live chat shows nearly 100 people in the queue with over an hour and a half wait time.

    I know if and when they ever fix the bank transfer/direct deposit that I'll use them a lot as I earn a full-time income on Fiverr but it seems like if something isn't easy or simple they just ignore the problem until you give up.

    Sorry for the rant, as you can see I'm just beyond frustrated.

    Similar situation here, the only response i get is that it will take 3 to 5 business days, which is now, ultimately more than a month . I would have request more for payments from clients, which is also stop right now just because i am feeling hope less here, but the way they are handling our issues is scaring me away.
