What on earth is going on with Payoneer mail/support ticket? Seriously?

I never got an answer.
I submit another ticket today and see why my last one wasn't answered. Not too long after I submitted the support request, the ticket status was switched to RESOLVED with no update or anything. I replied to the automatic message but the ticket shows it's already closed.
I look at my old ticket from last week and, sure enough, it's listed as RESOLVED with no updates or anything as well, despite having replied to the original auto-reply support email as requested.
As much as I hate PayPal, they at least answer back.
