Information provided by payor but still payment declined why?

I have received payment on may1, Payoneer asked additional details from my client, my client has sent additional information, but on may 10 my payment got declined saying payor has not submitted documents on time

@prateekgaonkar Hello,
Please be advised since the payment is cancelled, in order to be able to reprocess again and have it verified, your clients needs to resend that payment.
