Account Locked

I would like to ask if anyone has ever experienced having their account locked due to a verification code error. My account got locked and i send message to the customer care center and i got a message back saying

"If you enter incorrect login details three times in a row, your Payoneer account will be locked for 30 minutes, in such a case please wait 30 minutes and your account will be automatically unlocked."

it's been more than an hour now and still can't login. I have pending payments coming in to Payoneer.

Can anyone from Payoneer team, kindly resolve this issue.

    Please be advised that if your account is locked, the only way to unlock it is by contacting our support center directly. We do not handle these cases via this platform for security purposes.
