My account was hacked 2 months ago

I dont usually do this, but this is just unexpected from Payoneer. It's so bad that I need to complain on the forum.

2 months ago, at sleep hours, my account was hacked. Half of $500 was transferred from my payoneer account to an entirely different local bank account.

I'm truly shocked that Payoneer allowee someone change my local bank account without confirming first.

After realising what happened the same day, I reported to the customer care. They assured me they would work on it. Payoneer did nothing.

The next day (you wouldn't believe it), the same hacker stole the remaining half of the $500. How unprofessional do you have to be to allow the same fraudulent activity happen after the first one was reported?

It makes no sense.

It's been 2 solid months and I haven't heard back from Payoneer. Times are hard, and I need that money.

Please fix this Payoneer. And fix your security issues. This is the third time I'm being hacked.
