Payoneer Cancelled Payment without any reason

Hi! I requested payment from my client from Australia, after a week my payment is rejected without any reason. I have this experience previously but I have submitted all my documents even before this payment was initiated I had my documents being submitted. Now it says additional information was required but there is no additional information that Payoneer wants from me. I am tired now please help me.
