Strange transactions and result negative balance

Hi all,
I have today discovered new transactions on my account. the transactions was not on pending (pre-auth) and was directly validated . All other transactions was good, i use the account for many years now and never had same issue.

As i debit card , i don't understend why the transactions (7 transactions in one day ) was directly validated without pre-auth and more it caused negative balance on my account.

It is a debit card i'm not supposed to be able to withdraw more than balance event with ATM . right ?

I don't yet find the form to start a dispute as suggested but chat support.

Anyone have idea how this can happen and what can i do to solve it?
