How long does it take Payoneer to verify an ID

I submitted my ID for over a week now and I have not heard from Payoneer.

My mail to support was not replied to and I am already agitated.

I have over $200 in the account which has been pending processing.

What can be done to get my money please.

    your agent saying that "global service payment questionnaire will approve or review once i have start to receive payments". Im afraid about it , if it will failed to review after i receive my payment from another client which i did not mention in questionnaire. any solution ?
