I can't withdraw money to my local bank account


I tried to withdraw money to my local bank account several times but I receive this message "We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
Can you help?

P.S. my card was expired recently and I ordered a new one but didn't receive it.
Is that related?

Should I order a new one? What will happen to my money?
