Payoneer account still not verified after 8 business days, what is wrong?

Hello Payoneer community,

I have registered for a Payoneer account on the 2nd of May. On this date I received an email that my account would be verified within 3 business days and they might send me an email for more information. I have waited and after 5 business days I sent an email to support but they only sent an automated message telling me that verification takes from 3 to 5 business days which wasn't helpful.

I have then messaged one of the community admins but they didn't respond yet.

It has been 11 full days (8 of which are business days) and I have neither received an email for more information nor a response from support.

What steps should I do now to verify my account? Do I have to receive a payment first? It doesn't mention this anywhere during registration.
