Can't withdraw balance to bank account

Hi,
I can't withdraw my balance to a bank account. Every time I try to do that, this error message appears:
"We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later."
I've cleared my browser cache and cookies, use incognito mode, try another browser and the result is still the same. Please help and respond, thank you

Hi there. The issue is because the funds are in the card. At the moment, the card is expired. We sent a request to move funds to your balance, so you will be able to withdraw.
If you wish to keep using your card, we advise you to order a new card.
