No "add Australian currency" option available

I Work remotely for an Australian company and I want to receive my regular payments through Payoneer in AUD.

I created an account and got approved but the only currencies available are USD, EUR, and GBP.

The auto-reply to my question was:

Log in to your Payoneer account
Go to the Receive tab and select Global Payment Service
On the left, you will have a list of currencies. Click on the currency you would like to add (Currencies for which you do not yet have a receiving account are marked with a ‘+’ symbol)
Press on the Apply Now button to start the application process

But on the Global Payment Service, there is no '+ symbol'
and how to send personal message when ever I send message I only get auto reply. I am always getting auto reply response.
