Regarding my appen payment

Today I received a payment to my paypal account but then after 10 minutes they send another mail and that was my bank account doesn't processing my fund and they returned my money, so how can I take payment from Appen ?why are they declined my payment ? And why are they remove my paypal account from my registered bank account in Payoneer?
