Remove My Payonner Account Integration From My Disabled JazzCash Account

I want to know how can I remove my Payoneer my old JazzCash account? I have changed my phone number and had disabled my old JazzCash account from that number through JazzCash helpline. I had used my Payoneer account on that JazzCash account.
But now as this account this disabled I was hoping that Payoneer integration is also disabled but after creating my new JazzCash account and signing in my Payoneer account, I have seen a message that say "It looks like you've already connected your Payoneer Account to JazzCash."
Can anyone tell how to fix it?
