Not able to link my Adcombo account with Payoneer

Hey Everyone!
I need help regarding connecting my adcombo account with payoneer account. Whenever I'm trying to connect my adcombo account with payoneer account, I got an error like "I got an error message We are unable to change your payment method at this time. For further assistance please contact us." on payoneer website and this contact us link is also redirecting to the 404 page. Can anyone help? It's urgent.
