Linking error + Very Bad Support (No one helping)

Hey Everyone!
I need help regarding connecting my third party company account with the Payoneer account. Whenever I'm trying to connect my third party company account with the Payoneer account, I got an error like "We are unable to change your payment method at this time. For further assistance please contact us." on Payoneer website and this contact us link is also redirecting to the 404 page. Can anyone help? It's urgent.
I also contacted Payoneer via support ticket but an automated email is only coming with a tutorial which consists of how to connect Payoneer on the third party website. But this tutorial can't solve my problem.
Then I try to contact via Phone support but got no response from there. Even I tried two days but still no response.
Then I personally messaged GianmarcoPayoneer and KazPayoneer but no one responds. Then I got no choice to upload this thread again. I'm saying it again, Please help me. It's really urgent.
