They said my account is under review

Since 06/may/2020 my account has been under review, no mail to inform me about the status of the review nothing nothing when will my account get back to normal I'm very disappointed for all this review of a thing, if there is something they need me to provide to help them fasting the review why don't they inform me than keeping me waiting for going to 2 weeks
