account is not being approved , no response for a week

facing delays and no response for more than a week from payoneer support,what should I do?
I am new freelancer and newbie to every forum.
My National ID card is verified then what is the problem, If my added local bank account is not accepted just because of address then I want to remove it and use payoneer services just for payoneer to payoneer transfer, I need account approved in emergency it is urgent , someone please help.
Already lost in the lock down and the pandemic.
