Payment returned because of wrong bank account number, But i'm been asked for verification

My payment has returned because I gave the wrong bank details. they are on the upcoming section. Now Payoneer asking me to give verification details related to that wrong bank account number. What should I do? wouldn't I get my money bank? I want to send them to another bank account. Can't I do that? Am I going to lose my money?

My bank account number was wrong it was the credit number not the account number so i withdrawal money to it, i didn't know how to cancel so it got approved, what will Happen and what should I do0
