Pending Payment

Hi, my client - Appen made the payment since 13th May, but the transaction is pending so far. I have been using Payoneer for almost 2 years and I used to receive my payment on a timely basis before. But, I am not sure why it is taking time this month. Kindly assist me, my customer id - 27861888 and the transaction id is 194304909.
