Hello there
I am a refugee living in Turkey and I have been working with Payoneer since December. When I sent them my ID which is a temporary card issued by the Turkish government it was approved. Now after 6 months and following two major payments, Payoneer has asked me to send another ID as the one I sent them initially does not apply with some US regulations. It has been more than a week now that I have written to customer support and received no answer. Can you please let me know what is going on
