My prepaid card did not arrive but it is considered as ACTIVE!

Hello everyone, I have ordered my first card and it was supposed to arrive in 15th May. However the estimated waiting time have been reached out and I am unable to re-order a new one because the missing/undelivered card is considered as ACTIVE under "payoneer cards" section in account settings.
what should I do at this point!? and I can not reach the support team neither their email; automated emails only.
