I am unable to see any Withdraw option in the menu

Hello

As recently my application for a Payoneer account has been approved
I am unable to see a withdraw option in my account

Usually, the instruction says like this
Sign in to Payoneer.
From the menu, go to Withdraw and then To Bank Account


But I am unable to see any Withdraw option in the menu, is there something wrong with my account or any more information you need for this ?
