Bank account says "Action Required"

Hi, I made my Payoneer account last week. But it says "Action Required" on my bank account. My bank account isn't approved by Payoneer but when I open the verification center it says "No open requirements" also, my approved requirements history is empty "No submitted requirements".
All I want to say they are letting me submit the requirements neither approving my account (nor allowed to live chat with Payoneer CS, just email option is opened for me, not getting responses)?
Please contact me if you've any idea what can be the problem?
