I can't use my account

It's been more than a week since I have opened payoneer and I have submitted every thing you asked me for including my driving license ... Payoneer didn't send me any email ..I don't know if my account is verified or not ... Please say some thing .. you told me to wait 3 business days but it is now more than a week ... My clients are waiting for me to pay... I can't even see "global payment service option" ... Please say some some thing
