How to know that payoneer has accepted my documents ?

Hello , I am Hamza from Pakistan and i hope that all the readers out here are safe and healthy . I have a question that on the request of payoneer I had submitted my passport picture in order to prove my identity. Now my question is how do I make sure that the document I have submitted is approved by the payoneer ? Because i have not got any email from them and of my revenue from the client has status of "Payment being processed" from the last two days.

    Hi @HamzaMalik. We can see that the document was approved, payments should be approved soon. Please contact Customer Support department here if the payments doesn't approve in the next 3 business days

    Dear LauraPayoneer , I'm very glad with the payoneer Community team to clear my query instantly . I have one more question Plz help me understand that what does the status " submitted " mean , .... The thing is when I go to the verification centre on payoneer website I get the following status :

    Passport submitted on : 19 May 2020 (Approved)

    Business Profile submitted on : 15 May 2020 (Submitted)

    Global payment service Questionnaire submitted on : 6 May 2020 (Submitted)

    I discussed this matter with my friends and some of my friends who have little knowledge of payoneer were saying me that maybe Hamza , there is problem in your account etc etc. So I want to ask the authentic source such as payoneer Community that why my Business Profile and Global payment service Questionnaire is not showing status of (Approved) as well ? Plz guide me in this regards, also my payments that I earned from overseas through freelancing are on (Being processed) status from the 17-may-20 and now its 21-may-20 . I am a first time user of Payoneer Global Payment service so that's why I am very worried about my revenues from my clients . I hope you understand my situation , because these money are the reward of my hard work and I earned it through sleepless nights but sad is that I have not received them in my account yet . And I am in very much need of my money urgently because I am facing a lot of problem in this time of Pandemic of Covid-19 and my only source of income these days is freelancing and I have not received the payment yet .
